Returns:

• You may return unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery

• To initiate a return, email contact@healthgenicsnm.com with your order number

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or there was a shipping error

Warranty:

• Most items come with a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects

• If you believe your item is defective, please reach out to us with your order number and photos or details of the issue

For health and safety reasons, some products (such as opened nebulizer kits or masks) cannot be returned unless defective.
